My GM Rewards is an automotive rewards program that was launched in April 2018, making it the first of its kind. In less than a year, membership surpassed three million, demonstrating the program's immense popularity. Today, My GM Rewards has almost 10 million members, highlighting the continued growth and success of the program.
By participating in the My GM Rewards, drivers can earn points for various activities related to their vehicle, making it an excellent way to get more value from their vehicle ownership experience.
Positioned as the lead art director for the Cadillac division of GM’sMy Rewards loyalty program, the first of its kind in the automotive industry. Responsible for designing and creating email, OLA, social, and site work for Chevy, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and Cross Division that has greatly increased engagement to the program.

With the increasing use of digital devices and the internet, digital communications have become an essential tool for My GM Rewards to connect with both current and potential members. Machine learning has enabled us to enhance the effectiveness of email, online advertising, and social media campaigns. This enables us to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to our members, improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Digital Platinum Experiences Reward Game
My Rewards secured 5 prize packages to the 2023 CMA Fest ® for platinum My Chevy Rewards members. CMA Fest is a destination event for country music fans, attracting over 50K festival attendees to Nashville each year. CMA Fest will also be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2023, offering an even bigger experience than years prior!
To promote the members, we sent out CMA Fest experience emails with a link to play “Catch the Cowboys” for a chance to win tickets.
